This is a challenging contract position with a global technology leader.

As an Identity Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for dealing with ambiguous or undefined problems and thinking creatively.

  • You should be comfortable performing detailed requirements analysis, collaborating with stakeholders of various levels, and documenting solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint identity secure cloud, two-step verification, and application used for it is necessary.
  • Understanding the difference between authentication and authorization is essential.
  • Role-based access control experience is required.
  • Database management and data structure knowledge are also necessary.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good experience with modern Identity and Access Management products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk.
  • Experience in building IAM solutions in a complex landscape involving 100+ applications of various integration types, HR Systems like Workday, ServiceNow integration, etc.
  • Experience in designing Role Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, JML workflow.
  • Experience in modern authentication methodologies like SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, etc.
  • Experience in contributing to SOC/Sox internal and external audits.
  • Experience in working with Agile teams.
