Job Role: We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Composite Production Supervisor to oversee shop-floor operations across Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up processes.

  • Manage daily production activities on Pultrusion and molding lines (SMC, DMC, BMC, Hand Lay-up) with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards to maintain high-quality output.
  • Monitor and control production parameters – resin mixing, mold preparation, curing, trimming, and finishing – to optimize production outcomes.
  • Coordinate with the QA/QC department for in-process quality checks and corrective actions to prevent defects.
  • Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and shift reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train, guide, and monitor workers/operators to enhance operational efficiency and safety awareness.
  • Implement and maintain 5S and workplace discipline across assigned lines to promote a safe and organized work environment.
  • Support preventive maintenance planning and raw material requirement reporting to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Education: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, or Production Engineering. Experience: 2 to 3 years in FRP manufacturing processes – specifically Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up. Skills Required: Technical understanding of composite manufacturing, Team handling and shift supervision, Problem-solving and process monitoring.
