Financial Manager for Manufacturing Industry

Description:

This role requires a skilled financial professional with experience in managing the financial aspects of a manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance regulations.

The job involves overseeing the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, supervising the preparation of management reports, and guiding the end-of-period closing and audit processes.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily cash flow, monitoring treasury operations, and ensuring timely and accurate filing of statutory returns. They will also be expected to lead and mentor the finance team, provide strategic financial inputs to senior management, and ensure team adherence to timelines and upskilling through process training.
