Senior General Manager - Marketing Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior General Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the premium apparel manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling wovens and will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our premium/luxury brands across international markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key international buyers and attend trade fairs to showcase our products.
  • Collaborate closely with in-house design and product development teams to create new collections.
  • Travel extensively to meet clients, make presentations, and negotiate deals.

Requirements:

  • At least 23 years of experience in apparel/clothing/garment manufacturing, preferably with a background in wovens.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, fabrics, trims, accessories, costing, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work closely with senior leaders and drive business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Formal education in fashion, textiles, or related fields from reputable institutions.
  • Experience working in the apparel industry, particularly in luxury/premium segments.
