Warehouse Operations Director

Job Overview:
We seek a seasoned warehouse operations leader to drive strategic direction, enhance operational efficiency, and support global supply chain initiatives. This high-impact role will be critical in building cross-functional alignment, optimizing space utilization, and driving cost-efficiency.
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive warehouse strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader business goals and global logistics objectives.
- Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, collaborating on business growth, operational excellence, and supply chain optimization.
- Establish long-term operational objectives, including capacity planning, labor forecasting, and facility expansion.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure daily warehouse operations are running at optimal efficiency by developing, implementing, and continuously improving workflows, KPIs, and reporting structures.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize order fulfillment, transportation management, and cost-efficiency.
- Leverage technology and data analytics to track performance metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Team Development & Leadership:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of warehouse supervisors, managers, and support staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence while championing employee engagement and development programs.
- Source and manage workforce requirements during peak periods, ensuring the right talent mix and labor resources are available to meet increased demand.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics management, with at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level position.
- Strong background in Ecommerce.
- Fluent Spanish speaker.
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management.
- Experience working with 3PL providers.
