Warehouse Operations Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of goods.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring completion of warehouse activities within the defined timeframe and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup while being well-versed in warehouse processes such as GRN, FIFO, LIFO, and Put away.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of warehouse activities and meet KPIs
  • Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup
  • Implement and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock audits
  • Generate Management Information System reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis
  • Maintain adherence to health, safety, and administrative guidelines and procedures
  • Coordinate with transporters/courier partners for dispatches and Returns To Origin (RTO) orders
  • Process Electronic Waybills, Goods Receipts, and vendor invoices accurately
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members effectively

This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar profile with e-commerce/fulfillment centre
  • A graduate degree with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)/SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning packages is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
