ServiceNow QA Engineer Job OpportunityWe are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with 6-7 years of experience in quality assurance and testing within the ServiceNow platform.The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Automated Test Framework (ATF), functional testing, and end-to-end validation of ServiceNow modules to ensure high-quality deliverables.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for ServiceNow platform releases and customizations.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to create, manage, and execute automated test cases.
  • Identify, log, and track defects in collaboration with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Validate workflows, configurations, and integrations within ServiceNow to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Maintain and optimize test scripts to ensure relevance across ServiceNow version upgrades.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Ensure data integrity and functionality across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, or other relevant areas.
  • Provide detailed testing documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test results.
  • Participate in release planning and post-deployment testing activities.
