We're looking for a highly skilled
ServiceNow QA Engineer
to join our team If you're passionate about quality assurance, automation, and driving innovation, this is the role for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute test planning, scripting, integration testing, and performance validation.
  • Create, document, and maintain test cases and scripts (manual & automated) using
    Java and Selenium
    .
  • Understand project specifications and translate them into detailed test strategies.
  • Perform
    regression testing
    and ensure continuous quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in
    Agile ceremonies
    (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Work with tools such as
    ATF
    ,
    Selenium
    , and
    Automate Pro
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business goals.
  • Lead a QA team of 8–15 members, providing mentorship and technical support.


Mandatory Skills:

  • 6–8 years of hands-on QA experience.
  • Strong experience in
    Java
    ,
    Selenium
    , and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent knowledge of
    ServiceNow
    and
    ServiceNow Test Management
    .
  • Proven ability to develop and execute
    test performance plans
    .
  • Strong understanding of industry QA best practices.
  • Experience writing and documenting test scripts and test results.
