IT Support Specialist Needed

We are seeking a talented IT Support Specialist to empower excellence in technical services. As the first point of contact for support, you will ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and resolve incidents efficiently.

  • Support user onboarding, access provisioning, and basic resource requests.
  • Monitor system health and generate performance reports.
  • Guide users through self-service portals and support documentation.
  • Coordinate with escalation teams for complex issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with service quality standards.
About You
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services support.
  • Proficiency in ITIL framework and service management processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and basic system monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
