Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our business expansion in South Asia.

This role involves developing a comprehensive strategy to drive growth, partnerships, and innovation in the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and fostering a high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a go-to-market strategy with key action plans based on industry trends, competitor analysis, market needs, resources, and support requirements.
  • Identify regional opportunities for growth, partnerships, and innovation.
  • Lead and mentor sales managers and technical service managers.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, ensuring succession planning, capability building, and leadership development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing.
  • Strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.
  • Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes.
  • Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment and lead remote teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
