Strategic Human Resources Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to drive our human resources function forward. The ideal candidate will possess strategic vision, leadership acumen, and the ability to drive business outcomes through effective people processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team, setting clear goals, balancing workloads, and driving accountability.
  • Global Mobility & Travel: Oversee global mobility and travel operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • HR Policy Governance: Own end-to-end HR administration, including payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding, and audit readiness.
  • Culture-Building: Champion employee experience, office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
  • Total Rewards: Design and approve total-rewards framework, including salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and communications.
  • Talent Acquisition & HR Governance: Prioritize and review Learning & Development initiatives, drive CSR strategy, and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post Graduation / Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Around 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficient in MS Office, working knowledge of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
