Job Title: Senior Growth Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Pricing Strategist to lead our pricing initiatives and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will design, execute, and analyze pricing experiments across product and marketing touch-points.

You will determine optimal price points for new and existing products using structured experimentation and data-driven insights. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define and execute the pricing roadmap, conduct market research, and optimize the subscription funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute pricing experiments across product and marketing touch-points.
  • Determine optimal price points for new and existing products using structured experimentation and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the pricing roadmap.
  • Conduct market research to inform pricing strategies.
  • Optimize the subscription funnel by identifying and implementing data-backed improvements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in pricing, growth, strategy, or analytics roles, ideally in high-growth startups, consumer tech, or top-tier consulting/analytics firms.
  • Tier 1 academic background, ideally with a degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or business.
  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies and packaging strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
  • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or similar platforms.
