We are looking for a skilled professional to lead and manage transfer pricing projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis and reporting, strong analytical, research, and communication abilities.

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Transfer Pricing Associate to join our team. This role involves leading and managing transfer pricing projects under the guidance of partners and established processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying international transactions, drafting FAR analyses, conducting benchmarking analyses, preparing transfer pricing documentation, and drafting comprehensive study reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage transfer pricing projects under the guidance of partners and established processes.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on transfer pricing matters.
  • Identify international transactions, draft FAR analyses, and conduct benchmarking analyses.
  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation and draft comprehensive study reports.
  • Possess experience with tax litigation, interpreting case law, and presenting arguments before Transfer Pricing Officers.
  • Support the tax team during audits by filing forms like 15CA and other related issues.
  • Ensure seamless compliance through the filing of various transfer pricing forms (Master File, CbCR etc.).
  • Interpret and apply international tax rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting using MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with and the ability to analyze data from benchmarking tools like Prowess, TP Catalyst, and Orbis etc.
  • A degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably CA, CA (Inter), MBA, L.L.B, or M.Com.
