Facility Relations Manager

The role of a Senior Resident Liaison is crucial in ensuring seamless interactions between residents and facility management teams.
Responsibilities include managing resident complaints, assigning task tickets to staff, monitoring attendance records of vendors and staff members, reviewing invoices, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and issuing vehicle passes to residents.
To excel in this position, candidates should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information. A Bachelor's degree in Facility or Property Management is highly desirable, accompanied by 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
This senior executive will be responsible for streamlining processes, reporting directly to the property manager, and collaborating with engineers and facilities departments. Key performance indicators will include contributing to the monthly management report and working closely with administrative personnel to process invoices.
In addition to their core responsibilities, the successful candidate will need to be proactive in identifying potential risks and participating in regular health and safety reviews.
Key competencies for this role include strong communication skills, adaptability, and flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
