Senior Fixed Income Investor

We are seeking a skilled Fixed Income Trader to actively trade in various fixed income instruments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing proprietary trading activities, conducting market research and analysis, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Trading Activities: Manage trading activities in government bonds, Overnight Index Swaps (OIS), Interest Rate Futures (IRF), SDL, Corporate bonds, and other fixed income instruments.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and generate profitability through SLR and Non-SLR trading.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and investment policies.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with representatives from banks, primary dealers, mutual funds, insurance funds, and brokerages firms.
Candidate Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in Finance/Economics from a premium institution or CA/CFA with an excellent academic record.
- Experience: At least 3-6 years of experience in onshore INR Macro Trading and knowledge of Indian rates market.
- Skills: Strong understanding of CCIL applications, including NDS-OM/TREPS/CROMS platform, Money Market, debt market, and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Metrics: Track record of revenue generation and strong relationship building skills.
