**Job Title:** Senior Manager

As a key member of our team, you will work with global Brands and see your work come to life. You will be responsible for building forecasting capabilities in the team and providing expertise in executing volumetric analyses using best-in-class research tools.

You will demonstrate mastery in interpreting secondary data, adjusting model outputs appropriately, and developing deep forecasting knowledge to apply across various regions, clients, and categories.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building forecasting capabilities
  • Creating technical training and developmental plans to grow new hires into independent forecasting analysts
  • Providing support across the entire team as an experienced resource
  • Forecasting expertise, including volumetric analyses and interpretation of secondary data
  • Team management and leadership, including monitoring analyst progress and reporting to stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Quantitative research and People management in Market research industry
  • Strong preference for experience with simulated sales forecasting modelling
  • Track record of managerial experience with direct analytical reports
