**Role**:
The Business Intelligence Strategist has the primary responsibility to identify and translate market opportunities into actionable recommendations to help the company achieve its goals. The position would involve coordinating with the Product, Sales and Marketing teams to enhance their data collection and analysis practices primarily to attract new customers and maximize the value of existing customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a BI competency centre of excellence
- Collect and analyse relevant pieces of information, cross-check internal and external information sources and, ensure adoption of a consistent process of sourcing data
- Run customer satisfaction (CSAT) and NPS surveys
- Run survey programs to improve employee satisfaction, product performance, usage, LMS, and other touchpoints
- Continuously provide actionable information for Sales and Marketing around CI, Industry Insights, and more
- Design, drive, and implement companies’ market analysis to support other teams in the organization
- Perform ad-hoc market analysis as required to support business strategy
- Create data visualization to obtain actionable insights through KPI dashboards, intuitive charts, and reports using tools, preferably Tableau
- Make data come to life using stories, reporting, analytics, data exploration

**Functional & Technical Competencies**
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Strategist
- Clear understanding of the company’s vision and business strategy and creating buy-in
- Demonstrated history of working in the market research industry for both primary & secondary research
- Strong understanding of Marketing and Customer service metrics like CSAT, NPS etc.
- Generate appealing reports and recommendations based on analysis and proactively communicate status to the Stakeholders
- Experience in the Healthcare Tech segment preferable
- Experience in reporting tools like Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI
- Adept at using survey tools like SurveyMonkey, etc.
- Proficient in creating reporting decks using PowerPoint
- A solid understanding of key BI trends
- A good understanding of customer experience technologies
- Experience in interacting with C-level executives
- Ability to combine strong analytical skills with business knowledge
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop, and execute strategies, track and measure results
