Accounting Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee daily accounting activities, perform general ledger functions, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting operations for a global organization, including account reconciliation and closing activities.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, vendor management, and customer billing.
  • Collaborate with production teams to track costs and performance metrics.
  • Aid financial decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CA/CPA certification preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Business Central and QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Thorough understanding of US GAAP and familiarity with APAC accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
