Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic professional with strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills to interact with international clients and vendors, ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, collections, and reconciliations.

This role requires accuracy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage end-to-end AP cycle including invoice processing, vendor management, and timely payments.
  • Handle AR activities including billing, collections, and maintaining aging reports.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications are essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in AP/AR process (BPO/KPO or corporate background preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts to support global operations.

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and performing account reconciliations.
