Job Description

A Club Manager oversees the successful execution of club events, workshops, and client visits. This includes developing an annual activity calendar, coordinating with staff, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate club events, workshops, and speaker sessions
  • Develop an annual activity calendar and track progress
  • Act as point of contact between club, property owners, external partners, vendors, and members
  • Minutes of meeting, follow-ups on points agreed and execution of the same
  • Manage disciplinary actions involving all club level employees
  • Assist in managing club budgets and resource allocation for events
  • Coordinate with management for necessary approvals or procurement
