Job Title: Senior Financial Director

Job Summary:

  • The role of the Senior Financial Director is to oversee and manage all financial aspects of a business, ensuring that it is operating within its budget and meeting its financial goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the company's long-term growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of all financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage the finance team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of the business.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that they are in line with company policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible financial leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
