We are seeking a skilled and motivated Graphic Design Team Lead to manage the operations of our graphic design & quality control team.

Job Description:
  • The role involves overseeing the production of print media materials, including brochures, catalogs, flyers, and promotional communications.
  • Key responsibilities include leading a team of Graphics Designers and QAs that create production-ready assets for digital and print media.
  • Fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment is essential.
  • Overseeing the production process for all print media materials requires attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ensuring all design projects are completed on time and within budget is crucial.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment on design projects is vital.
  • Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control processes ensures accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Conducting regular sample quality checks on design outputs helps identify areas for improvement.
  • Addressing any design discrepancies or quality issues promptly and effectively maintains high-quality standards.
  • Creating templates and style guides as required for new projects enhances team productivity and efficiency.
  • Developing and implementing strategic design operations plans enhances overall project success.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and technologies keeps the team at the forefront of design innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 6-7 years of experience in graphic design and print media, with extensive experience in creating promotional content (flyers, brochures etc) /e-learning/publishing house content domain or any other related domain.
  • Strong understanding of print media design principles and production processes is essential.
  • Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality are required.
