Are you an expert in talent acquisition with a passion for driving business success? We're looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and help us achieve our recruitment goals.

About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet our hiring needs. This will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Execution & Process Management: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage End-to-End Recruitment Processes: Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Interview Scheduling and Selection Processes: Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure that selection processes are fair and consistent.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Workforce Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Maintain Recruitment Trackers and Update Hiring Status Regularly: Keep accurate records of recruitment activity and update hiring status regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume or operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance and security clearance processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in aviation, logistics, or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and job boards.
