Seeking a visionary technology leader to spearhead our global health analytics initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development of cutting-edge AI-enabled solutions and oversee cross-functional teams to deliver innovative healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee software engineering, data science, and technical staff to design and implement clinically relevant health analytics platforms.
  • Develop full-stack software solutions for health risk assessment, clinical summarization, and equity analytics, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Design and maintain internal tools and platforms that process large healthcare datasets, EHRs, claims, and care management information.
  • Promote operational efficiency through project management tool implementation and process optimization.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Transform business ideas into actionable data-driven health analytics projects.
  • Grow and develop a high-performing team through strategic hiring and talent development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing global resources.
  • At least 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least one product maintenance/operation for 2+ years.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud computing, data processing, or data science.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Preferred Skills

  • Executive presence and ability to interface effectively with US leadership.
  • Degree in computer science, math, statistics, or another engineering field.
  • Strong software security focus and mindset, with experience in security certifications.
  • Ability to manage and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working with healthcare data and/or in the healthcare domain.
