Job Description

At a leading railway signalling solutions provider, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our design and engineering support team. This role demands deep technical expertise in fail-safe signalling products, embedded systems, and reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) analysis.

  • Provide design and engineering support for railway axle counter solutions, ensuring compliance with safety, signalling standards, and RAMS requirements.
  • Lead verification and validation activities, including first time right checks, to ensure quality and fail-safe product performance.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the Indian Railways, Research Design and Standards Organisation, and internal teams to address design, compliance, and product approval requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of product failures, propose corrective actions, and drive engineering improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics and communication engineering or a related discipline with at least 10 years' experience in railway signalling domain.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fail-safe signalling product design (hardware/software) and embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with European, International Electrotechnical Commission, and Indian Standards for railway signalling and interlocking concepts.
