Advanced Railway Interior Components Specialist

\We are expanding our engineering capabilities and seeking a skilled Senior CAD Designer with expertise in SolidWorks to develop thermoformed interior components for trains.
\This is a senior-level role that requires not just CAD skills but also deep engineering understanding, strong customer communication, and the ability to deliver manufacturable, cost-optimized solutions while minimizing changes to tooling.
\Key Responsibilities:\- \
- Develop interior thermoformed panels for trains using SolidWorks.\
- Translate customer rough concepts and specifications into production-ready 3D and 2D designs.\
- Adapt panel designs to changing project requirements while ensuring minimal tool modifications.\
- Engineer the rear side construction of panels, including reinforcements, ventilation solutions, and mounting details.\
- Work in direct exchange with European clients to align technical feasibility, cost efficiency, and manufacturability.\
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.\

- Proven experience (5+ years) in CAD design for thermoformed plastic components.\
- SolidWorks expert level surface modeling, assemblies, tool-related adjustments.\
- Strong background in railway, automotive, or transportation interiors.\
- Knowledge of plastics material properties, tooling, and production processes.\
- Ability to translate conceptual sketches into manufacturable designs.\
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction and engineering discussions.\
