Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Microsoft D365 CRM initiatives. This role will focus on driving the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions, encompassing CRM and Power Platform, for domestic clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Indian business landscape, excellent leadership skills, and experience in delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions using Microsoft D365 and Power Apps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver CRM solutions leveraging Microsoft D365 and Power Apps
  • Implement COPILOT based scenarios and execute Proof of Concepts
  • Collaborate closely with Microsoft and clients to co-create tailored solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Drive delivery and pursue opportunities in the Indian market independently
  • BUILD and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Customer Experience and Power Platform
  • Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial services
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale CRM solutions
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex client engagements
  • Deep understanding of the Indian business ecosystem
