Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely closure of vacancies and maintaining accurate employee records.

About the Role

  • You will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure all employee records, offers, and contracts are up-to-date and compliant with expectations.
  • Liaise with the compliance partner and finance team to ensure People Ops-related compliances are met.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, including timely completion of formalities and induction planning.
  • Manage exit processes, including exit interviews, documentation, and settlement of dues.
  • Build trust and credibility with teams through timely issue resolution, highlighting potential problems to management.
  • Manage payroll accurately and efficiently, including attendance and time management.
  • Ensure every individual understands expected outcomes and relevant performance metrics.
  • Partner with team leads to facilitate periodic assessments and timely feedback.
  • Be actively involved in implementing and managing organizational training programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on HRMS automation, including Must-Haves and Nice-To-Haves.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Master's in Management with an HR specialization.
  • 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably as a generalist.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with HRMS systems and knowledge of KEKA is preferred.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with strong relationship-building abilities.
