Program Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across IT and non-IT domains, including supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in program management methodologies to deliver high-impact results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects of varying size and complexity across IT and non-IT functions.
  • Methodology Development: Define methodologies, create templates, and establish best practices for program governance.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain the Knowledge Management System (KMS).
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and track program risks, issues, and opportunities to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise project managers and scrum masters to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to leadership.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree with proven program/project management experience.
  • Formal training in program and project management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), MIS reporting, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.
  • A track record of successful program delivery across IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation.
