Job Title - Data Catalogue Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Data Catalogue Specialist. This position involves working with Collibra Data Intelligence Platform, focusing on metadata ingestion, data lineage stitching, and workflow configuration.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Collibra and a strong understanding of metadata management and data governance principles. They will also possess experience working with various data sources and tools, such as Teradata, Tableau, QlikView, IBM DataStage, and Informatica.

A key responsibility of this role is to interpret and map technical metadata from ETL tools, BI platforms, and databases into Collibra. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with data lineage concepts, including horizontal lineage across systems.

The successful candidate will also possess proficiency in SQL and scripting for metadata extraction and transformation. Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate with data stewards, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Beyond the core responsibilities, we value experience with Collibra APIs or Connectors, knowledge of data governance frameworks, and prior experience in a regulated industry.
