About the Role

The Portfolio Management Team seeks a skilled professional to join its expanding team as an Investor Reporting Analyst. This role will be responsible for generating operational reports for our Single-Family Rental (SFR) portfolios, which are delivered externally to each of our Joint Venture (JV) institutional investors.

As an Investor Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with Senior Portfolio Managers to maintain and improve complex portfolio investment and fund-level models. You will also build and maintain portfolio / financial models including cash flow projections, fund-level waterfalls, and IRR calculations, DCF and NPV valuations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate operational reports for SFR portfolios and deliver them to JV institutional investors on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence.
  • Assist Senior Portfolio Managers in maintaining and improving complex portfolio investment and fund-level models.
  • Build and maintain portfolio/financial models including cash flow projections, fund-level waterfalls, and IRR calculations, DCF and NPV valuations.
  • Work with the Manager based in Austin, TX to evaluate and clarify investor requests and offer alternative solutions.
  • Review models and reports and drive workflows independently with the Manager in India.
  • Provide guidance to team members and lead the team on complex deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to centralize, eliminate, or automate activities.
  • Responsible for PM Investor Relations Reporting, preparing and reviewing fund operational reports and any modifications for our Single-Family Residential Joint Ventures with our strategic investors.

Requirements:

  • MBA/CA/CFA with financial markets understanding a plus.
  • 4-7 years of prior experience in Financial Services and/or Real Estate firm preferred.
  • Highly analytical mindset.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience in Tableau, and SQL preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
