Digital Marketing Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, a passion for optimising performance, and a knack for data analysis, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies to maximise ROI and enhance customer engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve campaign results and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ads align with brand messaging and goals.
  • Utilise tools like Google Sheets/Excel to manage data and provide actionable insights on campaign performance.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Hold a bachelor's degree from a reputable university and bring 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns.
  • Be proficient in using Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance ad strategies and creative direction.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills to address campaign challenges and improve execution.
  • Have a solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
