Job Opportunity

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic ads, media buying, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for ROI-driven marketing, and a proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Prepare and execute media plans with a proven track record of achieving high ROAS in EdTech.
  • Develop and implement strategy and outcome-driven campaign execution using programmatic ads and media buying.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize quality of lead generation.
  • Design and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc., and report campaign performance regularly.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in running paid ad campaigns, programmatic ads, media buying.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills.
  • Good communication and project management abilities.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in EdTech or digital marketing training domain.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and lead tracking tools.

You will have full ownership of performance campaigns that directly impact student acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performing funnels.
