Job Title: Senior Manager – Healthtech Transformation Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager to lead our healthtech transformation efforts. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and insights to help organisations achieve their goals through technology strategy and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology projects to drive strategy development, analytics, informatics, and project management.
  • Develop strong business analysis and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborate with premier management consulting firms, MNCs, or technology strategy experts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience, plus an MBA is required for the role.
  • A B.E/B.Tech or equivalent degree in IT/ITES/Software product companies is preferred.
  • An MBA degree is mandatory.
