Director Role

The role of a director in the People Advisory Services practice involves supporting clients in achieving business transformation across various industries.

This is achieved through projects and programs, which may involve simple transitions, complex transformations, or the implementation of new operating models within countries and globally.

The team works closely with clients at senior levels, mentoring them on the necessary steps to deliver change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex change management workstreams and initiatives
  • Guide clients through organizational transformations and become a trusted advisor
  • Contribute insights on emerging methodologies to advance our change management capabilities
  • Support the growth of our change management practice by contributing to methodology development, knowledge sharing, and expanding our talent pipeline
  • Utilize change management knowledge to support sales pursuits, proposals, and presentations to new clients
  • Lead integrated project teams to deliver change management components across transformations effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Relevant consulting experience leading complex organizational transformations and change programs for global companies
  • Previous consulting experience is required, preferably with Big4 or Business Process Offshoring/Onshoring competitors
  • Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior client executives (C-suite experience ideal)
  • Successful track record driving new business through articulating value propositions, proposal development, and sales pursuits
  • Expertise across domains including organizational design, talent management, HR/IT transformations, operating model transitions, and outsourcing
