We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Record to Report. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a large R2R team and balancing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end preparation, ensuring smooth execution, closing books on time, and meeting metrics as per agreed critical metrics and SLAs targets.

You will work on strict deadlines in a fairly high-pressure business environment while being a standout colleague. Prior Record to Report Operations experience in the Industry with driving transformation projects experience, Robotic implementation experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large R2R team and balance month-end, quarter-end, and year-end preparation
  • Ensure smooth execution and close books on time
  • Meet metrics as per agreed critical metrics and SLAs targets
  • Work on strict deadlines in a fairly high-pressure business environment
  • Be a standout colleague
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience who has led a team size of at least 50 people. The ideal candidate should have a CA or CMA qualification with a B.Com at Graduation level.

The following skills and qualifications are preferred:

  • R2R Operations experience in the Industry
  • Driving transformation projects experience
  • Robotic implementation experience
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance team and client discussions
