Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Freight Forwarding Sales, with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Maintaining up-to-date intelligence on customers in the region and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Ensuring seamless service delivery through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Conducting regular client meetings to promote services and address any concerns.
  • Preparing regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the Freight Forwarding industry and its trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal, commercial, and communication skills to build and manage profitable business relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • The ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience and a Bachelor or MBA degree.
