Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for connecting with professionals and convincing them to join our programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, a passion for sales, and the ability to motivate themselves to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Candidate Engagement: Establish connections with professionals who can benefit from our programs and convince them to join.
- Outbound Sales: Call potential candidates from a list and negotiate their participation in our programs.
- Needs Assessment: Identify professionals' needs and recommend our management courses accordingly.
- Candidate Retention: Maintain regular communication with interested candidates through follow-up calls, emails, and connections.
- Talent Tracking: Monitor all candidates interested in our programs and ensure timely updates on their progress.
- Sales Performance: Meet monthly sales targets set by the organization.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated individual who strives to achieve their goals.
- Sales Passion: Genuine interest in sales and its applications.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to a competitive environment and learn from it.
