Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced financial management professional to oversee all aspects of our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with expertise in managing teams and implementing financial processes.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analyses to inform business decisions.
  2. Manage the preparation and review of monthly stock statements, projected financials, and diligence certificates for working capital.
  3. Oversee foreign exchange transactions, including payments, receipts, and fluctuation accounting.
  4. Liaise with bankers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate LC documentation arrangements.
  5. Review and maintain the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures, ensuring timely preparation of statutory books and year-end financial statements.
  6. Manage the maintenance of accounting systems, financial statements, and cash flow analysis, ensuring conformance to time, accuracy, and accounting standards.
  7. Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of necessary stock records to track inward/outward movement of goods, conducting regular stock verification/reconciliation.
  8. Prepare performance reports on company operations, identifying process breakdowns and operational divisions within the organization.
  9. Manage financial matters, including working capital management, ratio analysis, and cash flow analysis.
  10. Perform monthly ledger scrutiny of all accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  11. Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies and filing of claims as needed.
  12. Account for sales, managing accounts receivable, and reconciling various accounts, including receivables, payables, and intercompany transactions.
  13. Oversee capital expenditure management, asset capitalization, and Fixed Asset Register maintenance.
  14. Supervise proper accounting treatments and document filing.
