Financial Accountant Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounts professional to oversee day-to-day financial activities in our manufacturing unit.

  • Manage daily accounting entries, including purchase, sales, journal, payment, and receipt transactions in Tally or ERP systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts, prepare GST returns, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books and maintain stock accounting.
  • Support internal and statutory audits, coordinate with CA firms and tax consultants for filings and compliance, and generate financial reports as required by management.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B Com), Master's degree in Commerce (M Com), or MBA in Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
  • Proficient in Tally, ERP, SAP, or other accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience in handling factory accounts and raw material costing.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, E-way bills, E-invoicing, and compliance portals.
