We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities in our manufacturing unit The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records managing statutory compliance assisting in audits and supporting overall financial operations Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting entries Purchase Sales Journal Payment Receipt etc in Tally or ERP system Maintain records of all financial transactions Monitor accounts payable and receivable ensure timely payments and collections Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts Prepare GST returns TDS filing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements Assist in monthly quarterly and annual closing of books Maintain stock accounting and coordinate with inventory teams Support in internal and statutory audits Coordinate with CA firm and tax consultants for filings and compliance Generate and analyze financial reports as required by management Key Skills Qualifications B Com M Com MBA Finance or equivalent Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing company Proficient in Tally ERP SAP any accounting software Good knowledge of GST TDS and other tax regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Basic understanding of cost accounting and inventory valuation Preferred Attributes Experience in handling factory accounts and raw material costing Knowledge of MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables etc Familiar with E-way bills E-invoicing and compliance portals Important key skills for accounts 1 Accounting Financial Knowledge Tally ERP software ka knowledge Tally Prime SAP Oracle etc Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Location Muzaffarpur Bihar Preferred Work Location In person
