Senior Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the two-wheeler business operations, including disbursement process management, MIS tracking, and document movement. The Senior Operations Manager will be accountable for managing teams to ensure timely completion of tasks with desired quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the processing of Two-Wheeler business disbursement processes.
- Develop and track multiple MIS on set frequencies.
- Ensure adherence to QC processes with desired quality standards.
- Coordinate with back-office teams to deliver documents to out-sourced partners.
- Engage with PMO, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and escalate as needed.
- Monitor and track MIS performance, ensuring high standards are achieved and maintained.
- Manage manpower counts, forecast requirements, and recommend hiring or downsizing as necessary.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in lending business, with 1 year in Branch Operations.
- Hands-on expertise in SFDC FinnOne CRM software.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint applications.
- Collaborative work style, exceptional motivational levels, and self-starting abilities.
- Team Management, Relationship Management, Communication, Interpersonal, Negotiation, and Analytical skills.
- Internal Clients: Business, IT, Finance, HO Support Teams, HR, Admin.
- External Clients: Customers.
