Dispatch Manager

Job Summary:

Deo Plastics Limited is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Dispatch Manager
to oversee and manage dispatch operations. The role involves coordinating with production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective dispatch of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise daily dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure availability of finished goods.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents including challans, invoices, and transport records.
• Monitor vehicle scheduling, loading, and route planning for efficient deliveries.
• Liaise with transporters, vendors, and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track dispatched consignments and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Maintain proper records of stock movement and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Optimize dispatch costs while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Supervise and train dispatch staff to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any stream.
• 3+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch planning, inventory control, and transport operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/dispatch management software.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
