We are seeking a motivated Human Resource Associate to strengthen our people and culture function.

As we expand, it is essential to have a dynamic professional with 3–7 years of experience in HR (generalist/recruitment/operations) who can manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will support HR operations including payroll coordination, employee records, and compliance. They will also assist in designing and implementing HR policies, performance reviews, and appraisal systems.

This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can drive employee engagement activities and initiatives to nurture workplace culture. They must handle queries related to HR, benefits, and company policies, and partner with leadership in building a talent pipeline for future growth.

Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance (India or UAE), along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Support HR operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and adhering to all relevant regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business objectives.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring they are informed and empowered to succeed.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention, driving business growth and success.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in HR, with expertise in recruitment, operations, or generalist roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian or UAE labor laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
