
Sales Enablement Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and communicative customer support representative to bridge the gap between our marketing efforts and clients' sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with warm leads generated through inbound and outbound calls to assess potential customers' needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
- Tailor pitches to align with individual customer preferences and objections.
- Collaborate closely with clients' sales teams to provide well-qualified leads and actionable insights.
- Document all interactions in CRM systems for accurate record keeping.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to balance quality conversations with daily workflow requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (spoken and written).
- Ability to handle 100–120 calls/day in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a 6-day schedule, including weekends, with one rotational weekday off.
- Prior experience (Minimum 6 months) in telesales, telecalling, customer support, inside sales, BPO, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a strong plus.
