Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage enterprise-scale projects with strong Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) expertise. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, with hands-on PL/SQL development skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end project management for Oracle EBS initiatives, including upgrades, integrations, customizations, and new implementations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
  • Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Providing hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS modules.
  • Writing, reviewing, and optimizing PL/SQL code for reports, interfaces, and custom solutions.
  • Overseeing technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Managing project timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with Oracle best practices, security standards, and organizational policies.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Providing leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) projects.
  • Strong project management experience with proven delivery of complex Oracle ERP initiatives.
  • In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules.
  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS architecture, customizations, extensions, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming – writing queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and ITIL best practices.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
