Job Title: Enterprise Integration Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Integration Project Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for managing complex integration projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including detailed project timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, focusing on quality, timeline, and budget.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and progress reports.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in enterprise integration.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Java/J2EE technology and integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi.
  • Knowledge of business analysis principles and practices.
