Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client partnerships, and team leadership.

  • Project Management:
  • Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand identity and target audience.
  • Curate and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to reach a wider audience and drive conversions.
  • Collaboration:
  • Influence without direct authority, establishing and maintaining efficient working relations with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Participate in project movement activities, support team initiatives & objectives, and facilitate resolution of any issues by working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Operational:
  • Plan, execute, and manage deliveries for enterprises across industries, ensuring timely and high-quality project outcomes.
  • Mentor, train, and lead a team of project managers and supply leads, setting and integrating new SOPs and training on tools to be used during all steps of managing projects.
  • Client Partnership:
  • Build strong client relationships, identifying pain points and future needs, and meeting clients regularly in-person or remotely.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to plan and coordinate projects from inception, driving and owning projects within specified quality, time, and pricing specifications.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, with at least 3 years of experience in team management, strong problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset.

Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred), exceptional written and oral communication skills, skilled in networking and communication across diverse functions, and ability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting priorities with rigor.
