Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior and preferences using advanced statistical models and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain complex attribution models to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines that support business growth initiatives.
  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on key performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Growth Analyst or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
Preferred Skills:
  • Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field.
  • Experience with additional BI tools (Tableau, Looker) and cloud platforms (AWS).
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipeline development, and workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
