Sales Operations Analytics Manager

As a Sales Operations Analytics Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and lead the development of data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, SQL, and business intelligence tools, with experience in building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and deliver insights on merchant acquisition, retention, growth, and regional performance.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and analytical models to provide actionable insights on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
  • Strategic Insights & Recommendations:
    • Analyze sales data, market trends, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Forecasting & Planning Support:
    • Support forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting by leveraging statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence for accurate projections.
  • Data Infrastructure & Tools:
    • Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalable solutions.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization:
    • Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency to identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis:
    • Conduct deep-dive analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely data-driven insights for critical decisions.
